You will need: 1c Hot Water, 4 Eggs, 1 c (2-Sticks) Butter, Softened
Preheat: Oven to 350°, grease two 8” cake pans, dust with GF flour or line with parchment paper .
Blend: Cake mix, hot water, eggs, softened butter on low speed until blended, then on medium high for one minute. Evenly pour batter into the two prepared cake pans and smooth the top.
Bake: Bake 25-35 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean from center of muffin. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then invert to wire racks. When completely cool frost with your favorite topping and enjoy.
Chocolate – Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
Follow directions as above and add 1 ½ c of GF Chocolate chips to batter and stir together. Scoop batter into 24 lined cupcake tins. Bake 18-22 minutes. When completely cool, frost and decorate as desired with your favorite frosting.
