INGREDIENTS
1 box Toosie’s GF Bread Mix
1 ½ T vinegar
2 eggs
3 T Olive Oil
1 1/8 c water (110°)
DIRECTIONS
Prepare two sheet pans approximately 12 x 18”, spray and line with parchment paper, then slightly oil the parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375⁰.
Follow the exact directions for making the bread as noted on the box except we are substituting the olive oil for the butter.
Take the bread dough and divide evenly in the middle of the two prepared sheet pans. I find it easiest to use my hands. Generously grease your hands with olive oil and start to gently pat and spread the dough out evenly. Re-oil your hands as necessary. You can spread all the way to about an inch from the edges of the pan for a thinner crust, or slightly smaller in diameter for a thicker crust. Rounding the edges slightly for a outer pizza crust edge.
Cover pizza crusts with plastic wrap which has been sprayed with oil or non-stick spray.
Place in a draft free, warm area and let rise approximately 40 minutes.
Uncover carefully, and bake 20 minutes. At this point the crusts are par-baked and you can wrap and freeze for future use. To continue on with your pizza, top with your favorite red sauce and other ingredients (if using vegetables it is best to sauté slightly first), top with your choice of cheeses and bake an additional 20-25 minutes.
Note: All oven temperatures vary, please know your oven and adjust times accordingly if needed. I recommend an oven thermometer to check the accuracy of your oven.
