½ Loaf of Toosie’s GF Bread, Prepared
½ t black pepper
1 t garlic powder
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried basil
½ t sea salt
¼ c olive oil
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or coat with non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 175⁰
Cut bread into approximately ¾ “ cubes or size you desire, place in a bowl and sprinkle with spices and olive oil. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat. Spread single layer on the cookie sheet. Place in oven. Stir about every 30 minutes for 3-4 hours. Turn oven off and let the croutons continue to cook and dry out over night.
Place in an air tight container and enjoy.
Note: All oven temperatures vary, please know your oven and adjust times accordingly if needed. I recommend an oven thermometer to check the accuracy of your oven.
